As Senior Sound Designer at Airship, Matthew has fully sound designed, edited, and mixed a multitude of podcasts, including the renowned American Criminal and History Daily, while providing supervisory support, creative direction, and mixing on award-winning podcasts American Scandal, Business Movers, and many more. As Producer and Lead Audio Engineer at FRQNCY Media, Matthew was tasked with architecting, strategizing, and implementing all production and post-production processes, strategies, and practices while providing support and mentorship for all departments, from content strategy and production to recording and sound engineering. As a leader, Matthew prioritizes team culture, a mindset of openness, perpetual learning, and growth.
